Define Tease to Launch a New Message with Define Text
Define Tease to Launch a New Message with Define Text
(PRWEB) February 4, 2005
Define Tease today announced it will launch its newest entrant into the T-shirt market, Define Text, or dtxt, which asks Âget the message? dtxt takes the “new speak” of text messaging and offers an original design with captivating acronyms printed on the t-shirtÂs front and their meanings spelled out on the back.
Define TeaseÂs new dtxt line will debut on Feb. 14-16 at the Pool Tradeshow held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas in the Select Showroom booth.
ÂDefine Text is a great compliment to the playful sophistication that inspired the original Define Tease line, said Erin Darby, creator of the Define Tease brand. ÂWith the evolving language of text messaging, it was a natural progression to expand our ÂDefine line to embrace the new universal speak. dtxt invites people to have fun with fashion.Â
The Define Text line consists of 16 acronyms and their meanings. The line offers different styles for both men and women, all printed on 100% fine cotton. Styles include long and short-sleeve t-shirts, vintage baseball jerseys, tank tops and bra camisoles. Define Text shirts will be available in various color combinations including aqua, lemon, grapefruit, pink, eggplant, kelly green, gold, black and white. The shirts are priced between $ 28-$ 44. The Define Text line acronyms currently include:
 HAM: Hardly Any Money
 PTL: Praise The Lord
 GAL: Get A Life
NIMBY: Not In My Back Yard
INAL: I Am Not A Lawyer
 BLNT: Better Luck Next Time
 ABH: Anyone But Him
 WWJD?: What Would Jesus Do?
 AWYWI: Anyway You Want It
 SUB: Sit Up and Beg

Hrmm that was weird, my comment got eaten. Anyway I wanted to say that it’s nice to know that someone else also mentioned this as I had trouble finding the same info elsewhere. This was the first place that told me the answer. Thanks.
